  • Both the education and results-delivering processes are effective, efficient and exceptionally proficient;
  • No extensions are allowed;
  • The initial targets of the project have been attained ahead of time;
  • The student actively participates in the making of a project-tailored plan, taking into account: milestones, deliverables, inter-dependences between the previewed tasks;
  • The project has evolved beyond its initial expectations into very useful activities which were completed within the time limits of the project.

  • The planning is ambitious but puts realistic margins, too - the effort is neither underestimated nor overestimated;
  • The student fully understands the project plan, taking into account: milestones, deliverables, inter-dependencies between the previewed tasks;
  • Graduation contract is leading and the student takes responsibility to follow it.

  • The education process is successful even though more time and effort were required than originally planned;
  • The major goals of the project have been completed in time;
  • The student can make the time planning effective;
  • The planning is realistic and aligned with the own abilities of the student;
  • The time planning of the student is effective and the main project factors are taken into account, such as the working environment, the own personal skills of the students, the needs of the project, the available technical assistance, etc.

  • The student has gone through an education process/cycle and has learned from it;
  • The major tasks of the project have been completed;
  • The student can understand a given time planning;
  • The planning is minimalistic, covering the basics of the project but can lead to a successful completion of the project.
